Dragon Chinese in Crouch end - anyone else had problems?

We decided to treat ourselves on Friday night to a takeaway. Ordered fine and they seemed pleasant when doing so.

But when it came to be the food being 20 minutes late, a bit cold and 1 dish missing they changed their tune. We were offered a full refund the next time we ordered which we thought was fine and very nice of them - but this was followed up by an aggressive knock at our door around 11pm with our refund and being told not to order from them again.

This, as you can imagine, was a bit of a shock!

I was just wondering if anyone else had been at the receiving end of someone's bad day from there?

We were in no way pushy with them so I'm left feeling very bemused.
