I wondered the same thing. It's carnage. Hope no-one was hurt.

For something to rip up a kerbstone, three bollards and two lampposts it must have been massive and/or travelling at warp speed. At least, if the driver suffered whiplash, it's handy for the osteopath.

I live at the top of Lausanne Road and woke up to this in the morning, didn't hear a thing last nite but yeah something ran through those posts at some speed!

I would also like to know what happened.  This is really significant damage and had there been anyone on the pavement they wouldn't have stood a chance. It seems that whatever vehicle it was it was on the wrong side of the road.

Probably one of those pavement cyclists people keep getting wound up about. Must've been a big one tho', on a 20kg steel-framed town bike.
