LOOKING FOR A PHILANTHROPIC LANDLORD!

I am looking for either a one bedroom flat with a spacious layout OR a two bedroom flat (second bedroom can be very small). Any outdoor space would be a bonus, but I know that may not be possible. No bedsits.

I work hard, am very clean, and will look after your property as if it were my own. I am even handy with a paintbrush, so can maintain if necessary.

Ideally I do not want to spend more than one thousand pounds per month, but £1100 is the most I could pay.

There must be someone around here who doesn’t ‘need’ the money, but wants to know their property is being well looked after and giving someone a home?

Availability: end of June preferable, but can be from mid-June up to mid-July. Oh yes, I am looking for a long-term let ideally too!
