Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi. I have taken in a very young cat that looks as if she has just had kittens. She was found on the corner of Etherley Road and Cranleigh Road, N15. She is very thin and very engorged. Please get in touch if you recognize her - otherwise I will take her to the vet to check if she is microchipped.

Poor thing! Well done for helping the cat. Anyone nearby look out for any kittens.

Try to take another close up photo of her which shows her whole face and chest clearly from the front, as there are a lot of black & white cats, so any slight difference in markings helps to identify the cat.

Let's hope she's microchipped, although unlikely if not been neutered. Sadly a lot of people don't realise that a cat can get pregnant from 5 months old so it's important to neuter cats from 4 months old.

Another useful website is www.animalsearchuk.co.uk as you can put details on there if you find or lose a pet.

She is not microchipped. The vet said she is about 10 months old and seriously underweight. We have put ads on all the pet search sites but nothing so far. In the meantime she has gone to live with a friend of mine who will keep her if she is not claimed. She is going to be neutered in 3 weeks time and in the meantime is being thoroughly spoilt!

You're a star. The cat was lucky to have found you and your friend! Plus it's great that you're getting her neutered.
