Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Cars keyed on Lothair Road South
At some point this afternoon someone has walked down Lothair Road South and 'keyed' my car and five others - seems to have picked out the black/dark coloured cars for maximum effect.
Has this happened to anyone else today?
Or better yet anyone see the pathetic coward that did this?

What a shit! I was working in the front garden between 3 and 4 but didn't see anything untoward.

Hello Im from number 35. My black astra got keyed the same day but i dont think there is going to be any cctv footage or even witnesses as i suspect it was late night/early morning that this happened to all our cars.

We have CCTV of the person we think did it (at 11am on Saturday!!).
Unfortunately the CCTV is on the other side of the road so not good enough to see the person's face clearly.
However, hoping there may be some other CCTV in the area that might capture (maybe towards the station - assuming he came along Wightman Road).
The police are looking into it, but obv not high up the list. They have asked the everyone report it (it looks like at least 10 cars were damaged). Please call the officer in charge of investigating - Anne Marie 020 8345 1858.

Could you tell me where the cctv footage is from? I would like to see if my car was also in the view of the camera.

Ok... i dont think my car was in view of the camera. I have already reported the incident so fingers crossed something good will come out of this.

Great - hopefully more residents will report it too (apparently the police dropped some notes through doors in the last day or so).
