Hey! I am local (N15 6) and definitely interested. I vowed not to buy supermarket eggs ever again last year and (in the absence of local markets) am very much 'in the market' for some garden ones. I don't see an email address for you hear but happy to discuss further....?

Riddle me this, Marijn!

You have 5 hens (or chickens), though you say you'll have "more" in the near future. Your average hen lays an egg every 24 hours. How are you going to supply this market, from GOBLIN to Lordship to High Road to Green Lanes or Harringay Passage ?
