My previous experience of HMRC has been positive; helpful telephone calls always sorted out my issues. I recently moved house and filled in their webfrom re same. I received an email to tell my it didn't check out and could I phone or write. the weblink takes you to a general info page where I couldn't find any info and a google search takes me to the same page...insane..
