I've just been on the phone to the council (again) to report the fly tipping on the bridge. I know where this is coming from and witness it on a several times a week basis, along with several other types of antisocial behaviour from the same four adjoining properties (noise, bins overflowing, fly tipping, fighting, cars & white vans coming and going at all hours, unsafe scaffolding, cans of paint emptied in drains and on pavement, verbal abuse etc etc). We caught the man yesterday actually dumping a rug and a chair but he just shrugged and said he would say it isn't his. Obviously I'm not allowed to identify them on here but I think if you live on Pemberton you will know exactly who/where I mean. I now have a reference number so if anybody else would like to report problems concerning these same properties it might be an idea to quote this. Please DM me for details, I have also been told that John Ford from the council will be investigating. I know from speaking to several neighbours that this has been going on far longer than the year and a half I've lived at this address, so I think it is about time it was nipped in the bud.
