Website/discussion group for Residents Association - tips please?
Hi all,
I live in Strawbridge Court on West Green Road and we currently have a lively Facebook groups where we discuss issues and tips. It works very well for the people on it, but not all of our residents have Facebook.
I was wondering if there was any fairly easy alternative out there, that would allow us to have something more like HOL or similar but just for our residents? Could even be an email group, but would be good if it allowed for different levels of engagement, for example the option to get the message every time someone posts, or daily, or weekly, or only when you login or something like that...?
Any ideas?

Have you looked at Yahoo Groups and Google Groups? The Woodlands Park and Gardens RAs use Yahoo.

Facebook is not exclusive. By "don't have Facebook" I presume you mean: "Don't want Facebook". Fair enough but it is a good platform for what you want.

You're right in t hm at it work very well for the functions we want, but I think most people who don't use it yet are by now massively against it and make a point of that. I agree though in that I am yet to find anything else that will work as well as Facebook does
