Too rarely these days do I get the chance to go and out photograph just for me. So it was a pleasure this morning to go along to Harringay's "Dazzling St Paul's" (so-called by The Guardian's Simon Jenkins) and witness the Remembrance Day Service - in fact the first service I've ever attended at the church. The space, the friendliness, the rather magical smoky incense laden atmosphere made for a very enjoyable experience. If you've not yet been to this church, I strongly recommend that you put it on your Harringay To Do list.
Thank you in particular to Father Eric, Hannah and Bethany for your hospitality.

Thanks for posting your pictures, Hugh. It was great to see you and we hope to see you again soon!
Thanks from me too Hugh. I went today just before they took the display down. I had coffee and a delish homemade cookie as I talked to the friendly Father Eric and others who helped with the amazing display. I really love this church and whether or not I feel religious/spiritual the calm beauty of it makes me feel good. It is always worth sitting there for a few moments of God time.
Beautiful - my kind of church! So lucky to have been able to rebuild the old church. It probably wouldn't happen today and a gem would have been lost.
It looks really Lovely and sounds worth a Visit
