Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

An acquaintance is starting a website selling fashion items, clothes and shoes mainly plus sports goods at discounted prices. He's just starting out. Is Hol a proper place to advertise, and is it permitted? He is local and could maybe do personal delivery of goods and save on postage. Any suggestions/ideas?
