Anyone interested, apparently surplus to requirements, was considering what with the added increase in population expected in the area how they came up with the assumption that it is or wouldn't be required, if surplus, why haven't the community been consulted, be interesting to see whom puts the offer in.

Yes, yes and yes but the deadline for bids today for bids, its been manipulated, no consultation to residents whatsoever. I know of many community groups that could use it, what with more than 10,000 new families coming to the area with all the new high capacity builds, community resources will be needed more than ever, we could have a wonderful enviroment worth living in but the high rents are making it very difficult for families to live or work in the area, still no definition of affordable housing? if you can not see that the Condems and housing investers are not all in it together then they have done well at hiding the public asset rip off of more than a century, just saying Boris, Scamoron and their cronies are a bunch of corrupts that fit in nicely.
Is there a group in Haringey applying for this? if so please pass on info so people can join them or else have to start one.
I'm guessing that the site will go for £50 million. and there is refurbishment on top of that.
If you know any community group in Haringey who can raise that, I'd like to join it
And don't think of Council money ( ours actually ). There were squeals of protest on here when we learned that the Council were giving something south of £500 K to help an organisation promoting local apprenticeships and jobs.
Can you not see the obvious manipulation & tactics
It has been land for a police station for over 150 years, a new building was built there to reflect the character !of the intitial build believe it may have been Victorian previously, not sure!
I guess since today is the closing date, the horse has bolted on this one.
Just learned that Crouch end safer neighbour team offices on Crouch hall road are closed pending sale. I'm told they are now located at Hornsey police station. Even though i am in close contact we had no warning.

Osborne put his best man in charge of the major shareholder hedge fund for the Post Office sale. In other words he lined the pockets of a select few of his mates with tax payers money.Yes, theres a website that has been put up in a rush to highlight all possible sell offs for the Government members to profit no attempt to offer to residents. They take all the police away and then pay for a private security company to do investigations all for £14.00 per hour and fees on top, surely it would be cheaper to keep our police force, when i spoke to inspector about the Police Station possible plans for sell off, he said he knew nothing about a sell off and cannot comment, does not live in the area, basically not bothered does what he's told.
No Hugh, bids only, they are just seeing what interest or how much they can get for it, not selling yet, no public consultation whatsoever, this my friend is criminal.
