However, this thread isn't the place for it. Why not start a new thread on the issue, setting out your concerns and encouraging a reasoned debate. I'll be very happy to contribute. When my father went into business for himself he made sure he was nestled between two other businesses doing exactly the same thing. A lot of businesses naturally cluster, that's why for important places like high streets, we have planning law :)
