Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
childrens' bike taken from school
My daughter's bike was taken from the bike rack at North Harringay School last Friday the 16th. (no, it wasn't locked). It's a Dawes Blowfish similar to the one in the picture but without the stabilizers. A blue helmet with white clouds attached to the bike was also taken. If you took it or have any idea who may have taken it I hope you enjoyed it during the nice weather but my little girl will like it have back now. Anything nice and not tied down at a lot of schools goes unfortunately. While we're looking could I have my daughter's Ski Hemsedal hoodie taken in 2010 from SHJS back too?
Even a basic little combo lock will suffice. The temptation to take something when you have no money is immense and if someone doesn't appear to be taking care of their belongings...

That low! What's security like at S H? Most likely another kid who has it. We had 3 adult bikes which were chained and locked outside our flat stolen last summer in the dead of night. Still really upset. I'd urge you to report it to the police. It's a huge problem in Haringey.

There are a few websites which can help. They list bikes which come up for sale on gum tree etc. wwwbikeshephard is one of them. wwwbikeshd another, we found one of our bikes on there. The police helped to retrieve it. We found the police v helpful.
