Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

You can track its progress here. Coming from York, it is hauling the last leg of a 9-day railtour ,the [Scottish] 'Highlands and Islands Explorer'.

Next steam: same locomotive, this time just a day trip to York hauling the 'Cathedrals Express', on Thu 22nd. Leaving King's Cross at 0725 it should reach Harringay just after 0730, returning (in the dark) around 2155.

O Winston Link wouldn't be stopped by the dark - he'd just rig up a couple of dozen enormous flashes.

Seriously, thank you for posting this - a wonderful image and a historical document in so many ways (e.g the 1950s jet plane, on the drive-in cinema screen).
