anyone been to the Riverside restaurant on Hornsey High Street?

is it any good? reasonably priced?

We went when it first opened - very poor to be honest. The place is huge so very hard to feel any sort of atmosphere and they don't serve alcohol as apparently they have no licence (although that may have changed). There is a buffet to the rear but quite frankly they have such a large range, they don't get through it quickly enough to keep things fresh.

The manager also isn't particularly pleasant in my personal experience.

There are a number of great restaurants on Green Lanes and in Hornsey so I would steer well clear. We also tried Mosaica last night for the first time and were very pleasantly surprised - it was great although a little difficult to find.
