looking for 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom flat for one clean and tidy single girl,

Hello All

I hope you all doing ok, 

is there anybody who lets the flat from early April in or around north london, N6, N8, N4, N13 or so.

Prefer the large one because she needs more spaces, and definitely it will be for a long term, 

one year and 6 month break, 

if it goes well, then it would be more than one year, 

the budget is 1200pcm maximum, as long as it is a large one in a safe and quiet area, 

Happy to discuss more, and this is for my best friend, who has lived in North London area for about 3years,

I have a spare double bedroom in my modern two bedrooms flat, so she'll be sharing with me.

but my friend doesn't prefer to share with some other people,  thats why she's looking for something only for herself,

I think i may have the perfect place - but I am not ready to move out yet. I have a lovely two bed (one large double and one small single/study) flat in Wood Green (N22). It's delightful, first floor, period conversion and I would be looking to move out in June-July. I wonder, if your friend would like to come and have a look. If she likes it, perhaps could find somewhere short term (for example via Air B&B) and then move in when i move out. I would charge 1200 exactly.

Hello Yuki,

I have an excellent property  which fits what your friend is after for a very competitive rate of £1000 per month.

It is in N8 (Crouch End - 5 mins walking distance from Hornsey railway station) and is in excellent decorative order and is fully furnished. It is ready to be let.
