2 bedroom flat for long term let required

Hello HOLers, 

My partner and I are searching for a 2 bedroom flat/house in the following postcodes N4, N8, N15, N17 and N22

We are looking to rent at £1000-£1100 pcm from end April onwards. Rent and dates are negotiable for the right property.  I'm sick of going through agents who leave properties on their books long after they've been let and charge both parties through the nose and most of the ads on Gumtree and the like look a bit dodgy, so I am turning to you all!

We have long-standing connections to the area (I am part of Tottenham Community Choir and we actually met in the Big Green Bookshop!) and really want to stay in Haringey if we possibly can.
