Cafe Blend

This is the perfect cafe.  Perfect hangout.  Decor, coffee, food & cakes to die for.  PERFECT!  The best coffee in London.  A plea to all to try it, hang out there and meet up.  Being selfish I want to make certain they have enough custom as I'd be truly heartbroken if they didn't stay open.  Open in the evening for cocktails and food too.  Love it.  Anyone interested in having a book club or knitting/sewing club there or any other interesting ideas - debates/discussions?.

I'd definitely be up for a book club or knitting club. Love Blend and it would be great to attend something at a local venue

Blend is brilliant. Steve and Linda are so welcoming to everyone. It is wonderful so see such a mixture of ages and groups of the community in one place. As a recently retired person I am loving my regular visits there and along with many of my neighbours love the coffee and wonderful food. There is always someone to chat to. I love the idea of a book club. The red velvet cake could become addictive!!

Let's do it!  I'm rubbish with technology so not sure how to post a general ad for it.  I work full time and not always back early in the evenings but am keen to get something started so keen to make it happen so will work it out somehow. 

& my son is already addicted to the red velvet cake.

Looked in the other day. Looks just the place to fiddle about on a laptop/tablet. I do believe our little area is getting 'trendy' as the tabloids put it. What about 'jam in a jar' full of young persons with skinny jeans and those beards that are still cool. Anyone know if Prestige builders did the refurbishment?

Puah - have been a regular at Blend since we moved to the area last summer, an oasis of good taste and excellent food/drinks amongst the "mare magnum" of Turkish eateries! I had lunch there with a friend last Tuesday, she was visiting from Australia and had been travelling around Europe for over week... she said the coffee in Blend was the best she'd had since she'd left Australia, and the poached eggs and "Croque Blend" were also delicious. We went back for cocktails on Saturday night and she remarked how lucky we are to have Blend on our doorstep. I couldn't agree more!
