't'aint state agints wot is puttin' up prices; it's folks wot wanna sell for as much dosh as they cn git.

Not really - the price difference between the 'desirable' and less desirable parts of Haringey are shrinking as the well off are priced out of their own neighbourhoods. 

Welcome to a city that is a player in the global property market. 

Unless you're minted or own property - you lose.

It sucks.

Though an insane amount of money, it's not out of line with current sale prices for 1 beds.
