We got quotes from a few cake bakers including one on HoL for a bespoke cake. We ended up making our own but expect to pay around £90-£110. I can ask my wife for the names if you're interested.

Also check Waitrose as they do some nice children's cakes.
Sadly I could not see a batman cake at waitrose. The bespoke cakes are terribly expensive.
My friend runs her own cake company called Natalie's Creative Cakes. Look her up on google or Facebook. Her website gives a guide price and she is amazing.

OMG!  I just had a look at your friend's page.

Adult cupcakes - take a look here, cake enthusiasts (over 18s only, right!)

Well that's my birthday sorted!

Thanks folks keep the suggestions coming :)

You might want something more bespoke, but Sainsbury's does a Batman cake. It's normally in stock at the Harringay branch: http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/groceries/index.jsp?bmUID=1392237627480.

Think I saw one in Sainsbury's earlier this week actually.

Have a look at this site. Jennifer Hepburn makes amazing cakes in any shape or size you want. She is based in SE London.

Hope this helps

Really it is very very easy to make your own. Buy a readymade cake, and you can get rolling icing in various colours, also readymade.  Use a bottle if you have no rolling pin.  Or get an already iced cake, + just some black icing.  It takes a bit of time, an hour or so,  but will cost you about three pounds max.  Find a batman logo online and cut a paper template, cut round that, slap it on.  If you're not looking for perfect finish etc this will be absolutely fine and much more fun, it will be something you have made yourself and will be more appreciated because of that.

Here's some I made already.  Maybe a bit more elaborate but I get a bit obsessive, and I have the rule that everything has to be edible so no sneaky chopsticks etc to hold them together.  The hardest part is getting the idea, you've done that already.

hey everyone thanks for the wonderful advice. If there is any cake left I will be sure to share it with you all.

Sadly i dont think i will be making one just because I have very little time and don't just want the logo. I want the cake to look like Batman i.e  the shape of batman. but thanks anyway.

By when?
