Handyman needed

Dear friends and neighbours

I've just moved in to Effingham Road and desperately need a handyman or even a friendly neighbour to help with a few odd jobs like fixing handles and hinges on cupboard doors, building flat pack furniture etc...

I have tried Martyn who is recommended on another post on here but he's too busy to fit us in

Not sure if you have found anyone yet but I have had a handyman called Vlad at mine doing odd jobs around the place.  I found him through HOL and can recommend him. Please DM me if you would like his details.  He is at place this week but I know he is free next week.
