Recommendation for someone to install underfloor heating

Mark Havelock did a brilliant job installing underfloor heating in our bathroom 2 years ago. He's also a perfectionist tiler and plumber so he did our whole bathroom. Tel 07928 516575

Part P, RCD, electrical installation certificate, building control notification as underfloor heating is notifiable electrical work.

This person may bring on board someone else to take care of these requirement but I have seen many apparently well installed underfloor heating with well presented finished tiles installed by builders, tilers, plumbers and kitchen fitters that were not fit for purpose and illegal.

Find out how your fitter is going to do the work before referencing the above, ask general questions without giving the game away. If done correctly the price should be reflected and someone with a Part P badge should do the electrical works. Good job is more than just skin deep.

You're right. The guy I used, Mark, is a bathroom specialist, but he had his electrician deal with the electrical work so that all done properly.
