I live on Frobisher Road. Just had a look - two people checking out a load of broken glass on the road wearing masks and blue plastic overall thingys. Police car at the Wightman end stopping people driving down, a police line just after the passage, and police "inner cordon" line at the Ducketts Common end, where the glass is. Presume this is linked to whatever has happened on the other side of Green Lanes at West Green rd as reported here http://www.harringayonline.com/forum/topics/police-tape-alfoxton-av...

Didn't go on that far as I read about it on my phone whilst down there and suddenly felt like a massive busybody.

From the police;

On Sunday 1st September 2013 at approximately 0320hrs marked Police Units attended a large fight between a group of males in the vicinity of Frobisher Road j/w Willoughby Road, N8.

During this incident an eighteen year old male sustained injuries to his head and body. His condition is stable. Four males have been arrested in connection with this incident. A scene examination continues which has required limited road closures - Frobisher Road N15 near junction with Willoughby Road N15 and St Margarets Avenue junction with Green lanes, N15.

This matter is being investigated by Haringey CID and led by DI Marco Bardetti. If any members of the public witnessed this incident or have any information in relation to this incident they are encouraged to contact Haringey CID Incident Room on 0208 345 0712.
