Urgently looking for a new flatmate to move in ASAP! The rent is £540pcm not including bills (that comes to about £100 on top). The rent for august and september this year is still at the old rate of £455!
I'm a friendly laid back 38 year old male musician / music teacher who's looking for a nice flatmate. Would be cool to have someone with common interests who has some time to chat and hang out.
I've lived here nearly 4 years with my brother and it's a great flat haven't wanted to move so I've decided to stay and find somebody new to share with.

Hi Nat,
I'd be interested in viewing the flat. I am currently living in the area but need to move from my place as the flat has subsidence. I know the area very well and would like to stay around there if I can. I am a 34 yr old PA, clean, laid back, professional. I'd love to arrange a viewing if possible. The only thing is that I couldnt move before September.
Thanks
Daniela
