Hi. I haven't used them directly but I had a friend who used to work for them about three years ago. He had good things to say about them then and I'd trust his opinion.

I've used them a couple of years ago  - they supplied and fitted wooden flooring to my 1st floor. You can probably find cheaper (especially if you buy flooring separately and find your own fitter or do it yourself) but I found them very good. Sound advice, quick, efficient fitting, tidy working. In fact, I'm thinking of using them again, as I see they have a sale at the moment.

It might be too late but please please don't use them if you have not already bought from them. I bought a floor from them at the start of the year for around £8000 they currently have my floor and refuse to give my money back. In one heated discussion with the owner he let slip that he has lots of legal disputes with customers each year.

How weird. Why are they not giving you your floor exactly? Presumably you have paid for it..?

When the floor was delivered it looked nothing like the one they showed me in the showroom.  They agreed to collect it but then tried to charge me an extra £4000 more for a different floor which I was told would look more like the one in the showroom, I totally understand it is a natural product and will not be an exact copy of the showroom sample but i do expect it to have a resemblance to the sample. I refused to pay the extra and asked for a refund but they have still not paid my money back it has now been over 6 months.  I have just finished a very large project and must have used 50 different suppliers and this is the only company I have had any problem with.  My builders told me to avoid them because of problems they have had in the past and I really wish I had taken their advice.

I see. That's totally unacceptable. You should shame them on Twitter as well as on here. I was happy with them, has to be said, but I understand you being mightily peeved, I would have been too!
