If you take a closer look I think you will find they are in fact advertising boards for North Harringay's (and other schools) Summer Fair rather than For Sale signs

They're moving north to get in the traffic free haven now before prices shoot up when that Frobisher gate gets installed.

We are the other house of Fairfax but we are only moving two roads down! There was a stage when there was about 5 houses for sale on Pemberton and 3 on Allison so I don't think there is anything unusual.
