Lost dog
He was last sighted on Harringay Passage between Mattison and Pemberton.

We are out looking for him. Please help if you can.

Hi I see your decorator has listed Monty as lost on the website Doglost.co.uk - its a great site so could you encourage him to give further information about what happened on Monty's page on that site and keep it updated with any news etc. so that Doglost volunteers can help. The great thing about Doglost is that there is a poster of Monty on his page which anyone can print out and then put up in the area. A major thing I have learned in my short time on Doglost is that it is so important to put loads of posters up around where he was lost and beyond and tell everyone you see as well as contacting all vets and dog pounds/shelters. Also that dogs tend to move in a rough triangle/circle around where they were lost so if you put loads of posters up you may get people calling in with a sighting and then you can start to plot where he is ... I've just spoken to the owner, me and my friend found Monty, unfortunately we couldn't keep him at ours for very long because one of our flatmates is terrified of dogs but we gave him lots of fuss until the warden came and collected him last night. I hope they are reunited very soon!

Hi Abigail!We're still having trouble actually locating where Monty has been taken.We can't seem to get through on any of the numbers.Do you have the info from the dog warden he got handed to?We had the mobile number ending in 22.I'm hoping they gave you some sort of address etc??Would be grateful if you could get in touch.Thanks!x

In case this helps, there is an out of hours tel number for the Dog warden 0208 348 3148.
Also worth checking with Battersea Dogs Home as the dog warden can transfer the dog at any time to Battersea so they may be able to help. Good luck! Hope you find him as soon as possible before Thursday as the council only looks after a dog for up to a week.
