Yes, I need to check if he is free at the moment to start a project but I can recommend an excellent carpenter who will do all this. Will message you direct.

Yes, an excellent, local painter is John 07736963068. He cleans up afterwards too!

I can highly recommend Radek Tober, who redecorated our house last year, including several bits of carpentry along the lines you describe - see previous thread:
