Flatshare wanted
I'm looking for a flatshare in N4, to move within the next month or so (can be flexible). Either an existing flatshare or someone to join forces with and look for a 2+ bedroom property. I'm only moving as the house where I live now is being sold. I have very good references and a deposit /first month rent ready.
Having seen what is currently on offer for my budget on 1bed properties, I am frankly quite scared. Being in my early 30's I don't want to live in a cooker-in-the-bedroom type place for £200+ per week, but there are some nice 2bed flats available for two people with that budget or less.
I'm very clean and tidy, single with no pets but am animal friendly. I work office hours Monday to Friday.

I'm not sure if you've found somewhere now, but I need someone to move in to share my lovely flat at Woodberry Park, overlooking Stoke Newington West Reservoir with views to the City. Hi everyone, sorry I didn't see the replies below. I ended up not moving in january as there was a chance the house wasn't being sold, but now it is and I have to move before the end of the month. I really need to find somewhere urgently, so if anyone can help please message me.

Hi everyone, I move to Pemberton Rd on Saturday!
I went for a 1 bed flat in the end and it's costing me the earth but I decided after 14 years of independent living it'd be a bit odd sharing!
I'm looking forward to properly being part of the Harringay community, having lived in Stroud Green (upper Tollington and Mount View) for past 14 years.
