Are there things you'd like to see at a local festival but never had the chance to make it happen?
Want to get experience in events, or share your existing expertise? Now you can!
We're looking for several volunteer Festival Organisers who'll be able to get involved in creating a vision for the New River Festival 2013 which will take place in September this year. We need people to choose and book performers, to work out how to make the festival amazing for everyone who goes, and to join and help form a group of enthusiastic people who love the New River and want to celebrate it.
The festival is part of the Manor House PACT project, the aim of which is to increase local resilience to climate change and build the community.
