Hi

Wonder if anyone knows if there is a Mindfulness Meditation class/group being held in the Haringey area? I would like to attend such a class during the Easter period.

Not sure about Haringey classes, but there are some really good ones held at the North London Buddhist Centre on Holloway Road - http://www.northlondonbuddhistcentre.com/?request=contact&optio...

Many thanks for this. I'm aware of the Buddhist centre in Holloway Road but I was looking for one that is more practical as opposed to a spiritual one.
