Female looking to rent a room from 1st February

Hello

I am a professional woman looking for a room to rent from 1st February in a nice friendly flat/house in the area with good fast broadband. I am looking to rent for a minimum of two months, quite possibly much longer. I would prefer to share preferably with females of any age. I am tidy and have many interests.

HI there,

There is a room available in a 2 bed flat in Rathcoole Ave, Crouch End. I would prefer a longer let but short term may work. The flat is a Victorian conversion and the room is a good sized double furnished with a bed, wardrobes and has a built in desk.

The location is very convenient to Crouch End village with all its restaurants and shops. Transport links are good to either the Piccadilly line, Hornsey Overground station or a short bus ride to Archway or Finsbury Park. Street parking is available.

You would be sharing with me, I work in HR and enjoy printmaking, cycling and yoga. The flat is owned by a private landlord who does not live in the house. Rent is £690 a month and this includes all utilities and council tax. Let me know if you would like to view the room.
