There's been a run of music-related questions on here lately and I had a music/musician question that I was thinking about sneaking in.
I did ask this on Twitter via @harringayonline - but I've never had a response from that handle.

Indeed there was a Music group but it went with a general cull of various groups about 2 years back.

Sorry not to have responded on Twitter. We do quite a lot of linking the site, Facebook and Twitter, but we do miss some. Please remember HoL is volunteer run.
Yes, there used to be a music group, but like some other groups, it was rarely used. Any group that wasn't used for a year was deleted.
Do you think a tag would help as a device to link the various music-related posts?

No probs at all - just wanted to make sure I hadn't been barred since moving out of N4 to N22! ;)
Maybe a music tag would be helpful?
I was asking about the group because I was curious about something that might not have interested anyone outside that group - I do remember it being low-volume though. Maybe I'll re-consider my post until I've had a bit more practice!

I'd be interested too. Particularly anything to do with local pub gigs, open mike nights etc.

Happy to help someone start one up, but groups take a wee bit of time (not much) to keep going otherwise they just tend to gather dust.
It would be great to have someone volunteer to keep the events updated with all the local music events too. :o)
Other than that, try the music tag. I've made a start by adding it to this post.
