2 or 3 Bedroom Flat Wanted

Hello. My flatmate and I are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom flat to rent on or around the ladder. We have lived here for the last five years (we need to move as the owners are moving back to the flat) and we would love to stay in the area.  We both have full time jobs and are reliable and keep a clean and tidy flat!

We are looking to move in early February but would consider moving earlier if the right flat is available.
