Best Mince Pies & Xmas Pud?
Where's the best place to buy mince pies and Xmas pud? Or does anyone have a killer recipe for either item?
(And while I'm on it, just what is a figgy pudding?)

I use Delia's recipe for the mincemeat http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/main-ingredient/mincemeat/home-m.... And then make pies using short crust pastry, but replacing some of the flour with icing sugar (6oz plain flour, 2 oz icing sugar, 4oz fat makes 24 pies).
