Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

seeking female housemate / lodger

I have a room to rent in my ground floor flat in Tottenham, N17, £400.00pcm includes bills and council tax. This might go up a bit if you work at home, for example, or if the bills zoom up again. Has own BT line. It's a good sized double room in a two bedroom flat with small kitchen and bathroom and living room. Smokers are welcome if you like a smoke-free home. I'm allergic to cats and dogs unfortunately. Must be clean and tidy.

Hi, I'm sorry I'm afraid the room went some time ago and I'm rather hoping my flatmate will stay another year. If anything changes, I'll let you know. We found each other on spareroom.co.uk if that's any help. As the landlady, I found that by far the best place to find potential housemates, may well be a good place for people looking too.
