Depends on how complicated you want them. I do some basic sites on a freelance ad hoc basis but nothing really complicated mostly informational.

Hello

I do graphic design and websites, in partnership with a coder - please see our website pixeltiger.co.uk.  We use HTML, CSS, javascript (including jquery), PHP and MySQL.  Since we started developing WordPress sites we have also acquired a good knowledge of servers and their little quirks, so we can pick the right hosting package.  We make a point of testing in all browsers, going back to IE7.

We would be happy to help you with your digital projects, I am local (on the ladder) and am a partner in our company of designers and techies. We cover most things from large companies to start ups, a few of which I have met on here! 

We are strong technically and build websites in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, these can be underpinned by content management systems such as Wordpress, Joomla, Magento, usually though we build our own in Cake PHP and MySQL. We also create responsive designed websites so they work on mobile, tablets etc. Plus we do search engine optimisation.
