COOKERY CLASSES?
I wondered if anyone had any recent experience of cookery classes. I am quite keen on doing one to broaden my range. It would need to be an evening class. Would appreciate any recommendations.

I did a pie making class with Marika Gauci of Marika's kitchen a while back. It was very good and I still use the techniques I learnt now. Marika also teaches a range of other classes - she's on HoL and her website is here: http://www.marikas-kitchen.com/live/
