Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Know anyone to paint-strip our gate?
We want to repaint our front garden metal gate and would like to get it dipped/stripped of its current coat of paint. Much easier and quicker than painstakingly doing it by hand.
Does anyone know any firms near here (or further away but who collect) who could do it?

We had our fire-escape style staircase stripped and repainted last year by a guy called Richard, who did an excellent job. Have PMed you his email address.

For gates / doors, I would use a company in Enfield called London Door Strippers, pretty sure they will collect and drop off, check the website - http://www.londondoorstripping.co.uk/
