My wonderful neighbour, and licensed mudlarker, Julia Smith has recently started a new blog about her mudlarking along the Thames.
Well worth a look. Please visit Julia's Mudlarking blog.
(In addition to the mudlarking Julia and Paul have also dug up some great finds in their garden on Hewitt Road, including what looks very much like a 16/17th Century tile. Now there's a mystery.)

Ha ! We love mudlarking thanks
Found a few interesting bits in my Back garden too!
I have often wondered what would happen if you dug down in the environs of where Harringay House was... perhaps Hewitt road is the right place?! Will definitely read blog.
This is so interesting - I also find fabulous glass and china along the Thames which I use in my paintings and jewellery. I have also picked up beautiful old china fragments on Hampstead Heath, along the Parkland Walk and in HIghgate Woods as well as my own back garden.

What an interesting blog. I want to get down there myself.
Yesterday, as reported in her latest blog post, Julia was interviewed on BBC London by Robert Elms.
