Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Another steam loco, this time Tornado, passing through Harringay main line on it's way to York in lovely early morning light on Thurs 29th Feb.

When was it? I went at 8:30am this morning as suggested here, but saw nothing!

It left KX just before 8.00 so went through Harringay around 8 mins past. It's best to check times on the tour operators site as that gives accurate timings.

Was Tornado the one they have just built. If so they have done a good job of making it look quite old.

I dont know the exact year it was built but yes, it was the one built in the last 5 years to original plans and painted in the colours that it would have appeared in in British Rail days.
