One off cleaner?

I have searched the forum and tried a couple of numbers but no luck. Really just looking for a cleaner who will come and do a deep/spring clean (normal clean plus oven/fridge/scrub floorboards) in the next week or so. Can any one recommend anyone please?

I've used this company before, you might give them a try if you can't find someone, they are north London based.
