Hi All,
Just wanted to draw your attention to an event I will be holding at The Salisbury on 6th November.
Its an applied arts and craft fair with all the work created by local people, so you can come along and see what talented people we have working in our area.
Check out the entry on the events page for more info. Will publish photos soon when all the stalls have been decided.
At the moment we still have a couple of stalls free so would love to hear from anyone local who would like to showcase their work.

Hi all,
The line up for the Salisbury Winter Fayre has now been confirmed. We have a really exciting collection of craftspeople to really enhance your home. Traditional techniques are combined with modern ideas, from reproducing original period features in your home right through to a one off bespoke piece commissioned by you.
Taking place on Sunday the 6th of November from 12-6pm in the back room of the Salisbury, we have some of the finest local talent around all in one room;
John Stott from www.hornseymouldings.co.uk specialising in reproduction exterior stonework and restoration.
Also featuring is Pete from Cast hornseymouldings sister company for interior architectural features.
Ourselves aka www.narcissususdesign.co.uk specialising in handmade wallpapers and unique furniture finishes, plus traditional finishes such as french polishing, gilding, antique mirrors and gesso.
Libby Freeman will be featuring her unique take on reclaimed furniture www.libbysdrawers.com.
Neil Simmons will be showings his handmade lamps and lampshades.
Melanie Williams from the Chocolate Factory will be including her lovely cushions and fabrics.
Rounding it all off will be Sarah Fairclough with her stained glass and mosiacs, Sarah has extensive experience of restoring and reproducing the stained glass designs we would all love to see in our front doors.
There should be live demonstrations and you even get a free glass of wine. (as long as our extenisve supplies last!)
