Lovely Lily the cat needs a new home
This is Lily. She’s a one year old rescue cat who’s been with me for 6 months now. She is probably the most amazing cat I have ever met, and it’s with a heavy heart I have decided to put her up for re-homing. She’s a feisty little girl, who does not get along with my other 3 cats at all. One of
them is bullying her quite badly, and she’s still got a short haired patch on her tail from when she needed stitches after one of the other cats attacked her.
Lily is quite a personality, and most of my neighbours know her from her visits in to their gardens. She’s really friendly, loves human company, loves playing with her toy mice, enjoys drinking from a running tap when she can, and is quite chatty. She’s inquisitive and intelligent, and just
a lovely lovely cat.
Lily will need a home with a garden and a cat flap, and she absolutely needs to be the only cat in the household. If she could have a say then she would love to live with someone who is at home a lot, but it’s not a must. She would not have a problem living with children who knows how to treat
a cat.
She came from the Celia Hammond Animal Trust, and they will need to carry out a home visit to anyone who wants to take Lily in.
It absolutely breaks my heart to have to do this, but I have to do what’s best for Lily, and staying here and being bullied is not in her best interest. I’d like to try and re-home her from my house, as I want to spare her the added stress of going back in to the re-homing centre.

Anyway I hope I was successful as I am interested in Lily. I have owned cats previously and miss not having one. I have a garden & a cat flap!

We would love to adopt Lily. We are 2 adults living in a house on Fairfax Road with a garden and cat flap. We had a cat for 12 years but sadly she died of old age 2 years ago. I am in the house most of the time therefore she would be with someone a lot.
