I laughed.
Later I noticed the day glow wearing individual was part of this 'Force' patrolling Trafalgar Square during the 'Eid Festival'. A private security outfit. Did see some PSCOs but only a couple.
Security Force Management; only doing their job; moving people on. Just a little over zealous.

Someone needs to train this 'fresh' young company that IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS IN PUBLIC. And Traf. Square still counts as public, it's not even inside the SOCPA perimeter where you can be nicked for unfurling a banner.

It seemed to be more about keeping people moving on the stairs. They were just annoying, as the stairs were clear.
I note from their website that they claim to be much used by Westminster City council & the GLA. Just my first experience of them and it wasn't a good one, or maybe it just wasn't expected.
