Pulling together information on how to help

This morning I was on the phone to the press office asking if they could set up a web page directing people who want to help.

I explained to them that I'm getting people from all over wanting to help and doing my best to direct them, including regular updates on what to give. I think the lead here is best given by the Council.

I hadn't heard anything back so I went ahead and set up one on HoL.
