recommendation for web carrier?

Can anyone recommend a website carrier and email supplier that is reliable and not too expensive? I'm paying some £40 a year to run mine and the email has gone off lately, I'm struggling to set it up on a new PC and the webmail has started bouncing my emails with no warning as it's stuffed. The lack of warning is my main issue. I need to keep the email address, which uses my domain name, as that's in all my publicity.

I've got some dreamweaver-ish skills and can just about navigate though Outlook. I don't want to sell through the website, I just use it as a portfolio. I tried gargling Web Carriers and get 1000s of links, they mostly end up on USA sites even though they have UK listings. So - suggestions?

I've used GoDaddy for domain name purchase, hosting domains and hosting a Wordpress.org. They've been superb with customer service. Every time I call them I want to give feedback because top marks are pretty much always deserved. They've recently added a UK tel number also. Give them a ring. See what you think.

Here's the link. It's due an update, this was more of an academic exercise at making a site, and yes it's very simple, like turning book pages rather than full of whirly things. My email is hosted as part of the package.
I'll check out yours + hugh's suggestions later, off now to meeting to save the world again.

The existing hosting is all done online, they do have a helpdesk in scotland so at least the accents are comprehensible. Just thought it may be time to change, I've been default renewing them for years, and I do need to refresh things. And I have LOST EMAILS this weekend, what greater crime is there?
