Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

If you haven't been following this thread - for women who want to get fit or get back into running, after kids or a break.  

 

Tonight (Thursday 12th) 8:00pm Entrance to Downhills Park on Philip Lane.

 

Please forward to anyone you think might be interested.

 

NB: This is just an idea for a group of women to meet and provide moral support! Certainly not experts in training, just looking for friendly gently regular running.

do you know if the group will meet every thurs or?

Hi,

 

Yes - there were two of us, and we had a lovely 30 minute run (through the park, and a couple of times around Lordship Rec) - and are really keen to meet again.  The aim would be to have about 5 or 6 women, who meet regularly every week, same time same place on a "come if and when you can" basis. We're absolutely not running experts, but just people who want a bit of moral support.  

 

We'll be meeting on Monday at 8pm at the Philip Lane gate of Downhills Park.  Please join us!

A friend of mine and I thought it would be fun to join you...though both of us are post-baby and quite unfit. I have never been a good runner and will most likely lag far behind! If you are still meeting on Monday evenings, and if we are particularly brave we'll try to come along...maybe next week?
