Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

I am sure there have been many discussions on HOL about the estate agents in the area so I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. I can't seem to perform a decent search on the site.

Last time I sold with Wilkinson Byrne (good) and bought with Cousins (bad) but it was a long time ago. Has anyone got any recent experience? Which are the better ones and which are the ones to avoid?

It is with great regret that after 13 good years in Harringay, we must sell up and move away from the area. Unfortunately, even on two professional salaries we cannot afford to up-size from our one-bedroom flat. Very sad!

Try the tag I've added beneath your post. In amongst stuff about estate agents signs and about EAs in general, there are discussions about people's experiences with local estate agents

Mmm - seems to be a problem with tagging today right across the site. It was working fine yesterday. Will follow that up. In the meantime, here's one of the more relevant posts for you.
